If this truck has been sitting for any length of time at all, I'd check for plugged fuel lines/filters/carb and clean the gas tank. The gas these days is so lousy, you cannot believe the mess it makes in a tank as soon as it gets even a little old. Even if your carb was rebuilt, it could be plugged again, if you ran some crud into it from out of the tank. Or the line itself or the pickup tube in the tank could be plugged. This happened to me.
