My dad had a 63 model 60 with Knapheide grain bed like a 16 ft I was pretty young when he had it and as I recall the main driveshaft was turnning when the bed was being raised and I recall him saying something about it being on a spline and talk of a power divider sounds familiar. Was this common place for use on bed hoists?? I know most just use the pto to run the pump. I know they bought this truck brand new without the bed they put that on after buying the truck. How common are these?
