I messed up and read the instructions.
National Redi-Sleeve Harmonic Blancer Sleeve Installation. Instructions read --- "If the shaft is severely scored, fill the groove with a powdered metal type epoxy filler. The sleeve will have to be installed before the filler hardens." Ever hear of such a thing? Are they talking about JB weld or similar? Are they referring to the grove in the shaft from seal wear?
I was all set to go until I confused myself (easy to do) with the instructions.
