They're suggesting using a metallic epoxy such as J-B Weld, without mentioning a specific brand name. When I'm installing things like bushings and sleeves that might need a little help staying put, I use a green liquid that LocTite makes specifically for that purpose. I don't recall the part number at the moment, but it's on Ebay on a regular basis. It's not cheap, but it is very effective. I use it for installing wrist pin bushings in connecting rods, and other high load areas. Haven't had a failure yet.
