Good idea. I have a jar of Phosphoric acid I can dilute down to get the last rust turds. Will use some baking soda after that to base it back to neutral PH. I don't have the new radiator on yet as I haven't built the bracket for it, so I'm running a quick and dirty short circuit with clear flex line. Good for a few minutes and to use while I'm designing.
Any suggestions on what to use in the interim while the engine is empty of water to keep it from rusting (until I get the radiator on)? I could wait until I'm ready to hook up the radiator and do the TSP treatment last thing.
Think I may use Distilled water with anti-freeze too.
