For greasy deposits in a cooling system such as engine oil or transmission fluid from a damaged cooler, a heavy dose of Trisodium Phosphate (concrete cleaner) will cut the oily mess in a hurry. Repeated flushing with plain water will remove it- - - -no need for a neutralizer. Jerry
