There are several things you can do to improve the ride of your front end. The first is as George has suggested new springs and good shocks. You can also add a front sway bar, as well as helping with body roll a sway bar will also stiffen the front end a little. Making sure your steering linkage is tight and bushings are in good shape goes without saying.
