I've done it on a Ford. It's not hard if the fasteners aren't rusted together. You need to have the wheels hanging free which means the truck has to be on a lift or tall jack stands.

Assemble everything loosely, lower the truck to put weight on the new parts to seat the bushings properly, then tighten up the bolts.
