| | | | Joined: Oct 2021 Posts: 6,771 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Oct 2021 Posts: 6,771 | Have you ever taken the cap off? Maybe it's some sort of fuel filter or filled with snake oil to pipe into the intake stream. Things like that were popular back then.
It would help if you posted pictures of the cap with the manufacturer's name , etc.
