The bumper on my '36, which is straight like Too Old's, Also has the 3 holes but it has been welded onto a kind of T-rail kind of bracket which is then welded to the frame.. I'm pretty sure that this isn't the way that it's supposed to be since there are no bolts through the holes. Can someone describe the mounting bracket a little more?
