I'm trying to figure out if my '36 Maple Leaf truck is a 11/2 or 2 ton. It has a stamped ID plate that has the load ratings and that it was manufactured at the GM plant in Oshawa, Ont. but no model # or Serial #. Does anyone know if there should be a second plate on it any where? I ran the 8 digit number from the last registration through VINBuster and came up with a '58 chevy 1/2 from Caifornia. :confused: Help please.
