| | | | Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 4,095 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 4,095 | I have an aftermarket 20-gallon fuel tank installed on the rear of my 1954 3100. The gauge never reads full. Yesterday I tried to solve the mystery. The gauge read 1/4 full so I went and filled it up but it only took 10 gals. But the gauge read more than 3/4 full. BTW it never has read full. The truck does have a slight squat in the back. I keep trying to find a place that is perfectly flat bit with drainage it is hard to find.
