I don't think there is any real difference. Think about their function. What could they possibly do differently that increases performance?
Maybe they have a better spring or whatever and might last longer but they're going to spark the same as the other ones.

High Performance is an advertising intensifier. It has gotten out of hand. The government gave up. The term has to have data in order to be used. Heavy Duty, cleans better, lasts longer, fresher smelling, more body for your hair, on sale...... all intensifiers. AKA: BS hog wash snake oil and fibs.
