A little checking in GMpartswiki resulted in finding this
Distributor and Component parts chart that may provide some understanding on these numbers.
From what I see (screenshot attached below) the "1924571" is the GM part number assigned to these point sets and D105/D105P (same GM# for both point sets) the AC/Delco designated numbers.
If you do a search in ebay for "1924571" you will find point sets offered that the labels display both numbers, not just the GM# as shown in your pic. AM sure there may have been many different iterations of packaging as those change at a whim.
Anywho, this should suffice to confirm your displayed points are in fact the same as the D105's and should work just fine.
