Welcome aboard. I am a fellow '64-'66 Chevy truck enthusiast. The six cylinder engine ID is located on the pad on the right side of the engine at the rear of the distributor.
The C10/C20 Series trucks with 230 six cylinders are Engine Codes N, ND or NE and the 292 six cylinders are Engine Codes PG or PK.
The C30 Series trucks with 230 six cylinders is Engine Code NE and the 292 six cylinders is Engine Code PG.
This information is from the Catalog of Chevy Truck ID Numbers 1946-1972 Pickups, Surburbans and El Camino. There is no information on the engines in the Big Bolts in this book. Perhaps this information will be of some help in identifying the engine size in your '64 C60's.
