I belive these are both title issueing states.What you do is sell you truck to someone in that state for say $1 .They have the vehicle titled in one of those states.They then sell the vehicle back to you for a charge.Florida wont like it but they have to title it.If you don't have any luck drop me a PM and I'll see what I can do to get you a phone number.
