I believe that is the casting number for the head and is a 235 number. I have the same number on the engine in my 54. has the oil gauge been upgraded to 60 lbs as well or does it still show 30 lbs? The inliners site has some good info as well as the vin decoder on this site. you should also have a stamped number on the block just behind the distrbutor above the starter.
