In the photo of the engine you posted, the draft tube looks like it has a removable cap on it. Is that what it is? Does the filter element come out with the cap for cleaning or something? There is an oil filler with a filter breather on 'Bolter Crenwelge's '51 GMC parts truck that I stole the oil pan from while he was in Germany a week or so ago.
