Regulator plus some. Replaced Delco several years ago with a BWD brand. Further checks revealed questionable regulator. Cleaned up contacts on old Delco and installed it. It is quite jumpy so will replace it soon. Additionally, replaced the generaror ground terminal connector with too small opening and failed to seat firmly on stud. Oh Well, generator now cleaned with new brushes. Thanks for all help and forcing further testing. GREAT SITE!
