Jon, the primary side parts for a QJ are pretty much interchangeable with the dual jet carbs I've tinkered with- - - -main jets, metering rods, etc. Having a 4-gas exhaust analyzer and enough knowledge to use it comes in handy, especially when it's combined with a 120 volt AC inverter for real time analysis on a road test. It's also pretty simple to make minor changes in high speed mixture by tinkering with the float level a little.
