The weatherstrip that the retainer holds in place on the lower door is the same all the way around the door. That pic from Steele shows the windlace that goes to the cab floor and presses against the closed door about 3" above the door bottom. The detail in the circle on the left of that figure isn't exactly correct for AD trucks, because the retainer is on the horizontal portion of the floor, not the vertical. That detail looks like it might be correct for a Taskforce series truck. Here's a pic of the windlace installation on the floor.
