Your springs and hardware actually look to be in very good shape, from what can be seen.
X2 for Mike B's comment about the "U-bolts". From a safety and peace of mind standpoint, you won't regret spending the little bit extra.
When you can, don't forget to let us know how the re-arch went and some "after" pics of the springs/axle reinstalled would be enjoyed and appreciated.
