Just for a price reference, these are for AD fronts:
St. Louis Spring, which is a drivable distance for me, will make up new front springs with bushings for $150ish each. Or they will rearch and rebush for $120ish each.
The Dorman part # listed on RockAuto is available on Amazon with free shipping for $130ish. I’m quite certain Dorman is it making their own springs, but I can’t figure out if their source is offshore or US.
I suspect it would be very hard to come out ahead with the rearching approach if you had to ship both of ways. Even if you could find a shop that does it cheaper.
