I just got my girlfriend a '65 K10 for her birthday. I'm 99.9% sure the engine has been swapped and I'm trying to figure out what it originally came out of, just out of sheer curiosity. Block casting is 3850817, 1962-1978 230/250. Stamped code by the distributor is F0624LK. I stuck my borescope in a spark plug hole and it has dished pistons so that says it's a 250. I've been digging and can't find the LK suffix code. The only one I found came up as a 427 and that's clearly not right. Any help is appreciated!
