New to resto's and these trucks as Ive recently acquired and started my project. Removed floor liner and insulation to discover some rust building under the underlayment do to moisture trapped. Not cancerous yet that I can see, but definitely more than just light surface rust. Rust particles and chunks came up with insulation when removed.
Best way to go about treating and repairing? Thoughts?
