Update: FINISHED!!!!! But not really... I finished with all the stuff but as soon as I thought I was done, it wouldn't start. So I put the meter on it and found the almeter wasn't putting out more than eight amps. So replaced the altmeter and jump started the fire truck. So now it is back in the firehouse on a battery charger.
