I’d guess that you either:
1) Have a 216 carb with the smaller throttle body
2) If you have somehow verified the bowl is from a 235…it’s a “mutt” that’s been assembled from various non-matching pieces over the years. Super common with many carbs, but the B in general.
Yes to both, and strongly suspect it's the wrong throttle body, but since nobody's answered that question here, what else can a guy do besides reference against a site like Deve's?
