What you'll have to do is find some 20" split ring type wheels and replace those widow-makers. Around here, they have been outlawed and won't pass inspection. You can also upgrade to the 22.5", which is what a co-worker of mine did to pass inspection. Also, there's no way to get a tire over the rim if you were to weld the widow makers solid.
