Thanks very much! I have tried following the step by step guide but I can't seem to get it to work... Once the file is uploaded I click on the picture in the attachment manager (the miniature thumbnail which says "Embed into post"), but all that does is insert the image link like this:

The picture itself doesn't show up in the post, at least not for me... What am I missing?
