Somebody who hates the world came by and broke windshields at the Acura and Subaru dealership at night. New cars. Guess who replaced the windshields? It wasn't their service technicians.
My lightweight (gas saving) windshield took a gravel strike. It spiderwebbed 2 months later. I watched two guys at Pfaff's work on my car. They were very careful to cover everything so it didn't get scratched. They were efficient and did expert work. Even though the job looked done, my car couldn't be driven. It takes 45 minutes for the sealant to setup. Then I was told to drive home no faster than 55 mph. The following day it was safe to drive as normal. The point I'm trying to make is that if you have a business that only does auto glass, you either get good at it or you go hungry. Pfaff's is family owned and has been in business since 1913.
