Hopefully - the box also says G.M.C., not Ford.

Between the two:

Flange gasket, throttle body gasket, and air horn gaskets are the same.

Fuel valve (a.k.a. needle & seat), accelerator pump, idle mixture screws, main metering jets, and economizer valve are different.
