As both Jerry and Bill mentioned, look at the intake manifold.

Does the manifold have three holes for mounting the carburetor, or does the manifold have two mounting holes with a three hole to two hole adapter.

If it is a three hole manifold, and you like Holleys, go for it.

If it is a two hole manifold, and the carb is sitting on an adapter, don't do it!
