For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Sep 2021 Posts: 25 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Sep 2021 Posts: 25 | I was looking under the hood of my truck and I noticed that the rubber on the front engine mounts is all cracked and hard. I think it is time to replace them. I can order the new rubbers. How difficult of a job is it to replace the rubbers. Do I have to lift the engine or can I just support it from underneath and remove the bolts from the engine and unstack the rubbers and then restack them? It looks easy but I dont want to get in over my head. I have an in-line 6 engine in a 1957 3100. Thank You | | |
