My oldest stand was a three wheeler until a friend borrowed it, he made a four wheeler out of it, very similar to that one. I built a 6.5 GM diesel on it but I did add a couple of light duty supports from the front of the engine down to the front cross piece. That engine was in the 700 lb. range
