Ok just checked The fuse panel under hood. No power to top 4 fuses with ignition switch on or off. Bottom fuse had power with switch on or off. The second and fourth go to headlight and power when lights are turned on. Third has power when parking lights are on. Don't know what first, top, fuse goes to.
