I think most if not all of the adapters to install 10 on 285.75mm bolt center adapters allow for a single only. The standard of the industry hub piloted wheel has between a 6 1/2 to 7 inch offset which probably won't clear your springs. I have turned some 1/4" spacers to run the 5.25 bore wheels on the old 4.75 hubs and it works quite well. Making reproduction wheels is not a simple matter like other reproduction parts, They have to be registered and marked with according to the DOT. During a time when regular productions wheels have long backorders would be a difficult time to get one of only a few wheel manufacturers to build wheels for 70 year old vehicles.
