Thanks Jerry, yes, we did install a tach, so those numbers are good. I calculated them, and GPS confirms the numbers.. I agree that GM probably wouldn't give that spec if it didn't intend for it to operate at those speeds. Really 55 is fast enough with this truck. I do feel more comfortable at those speeds and RPM.
