Here is a bit of an update on the tail lamp.
Jim sent a lamp to me so I could have a look. I don't know exactly how this lamp came to exist but I think it was a mistake on the part of the vendor.
I made, and sent to Jim, a crude prototype of a part which would make the lamp "whole" and fully functional as a RH add on and still retain the 2 bulb configuration. He said he had a local guy who might be able too make the part. This conversation took place yesterday.
