Basically the truck only came with a left hand light with two, one filament bulbs. I think some folks buy two left lights and plug the license hole in the right light housing. The housing was used from early cars and stuck on trucks. Bottom line is that you are missing something for the lower bulb. See pix. I must say you are launching into a very primitive design. Not reliable. Subject to vibration, moisture, corrosion, bad connection, grounding issues.....and you are in Florida! Brace for headaches.
