Well, buy two left's. Plug the hole on the right and wire them both for Tail and Stop/Turn.
Example................or don't plug it. Up to you.
You can rotate lens 180 to put the Fresnel over either bulb.
I still say modify to modern socket. No one will know. Will look original. For that option you buy a left and a right.
