If it has been sitting for a while, especially with today’s fuel, valve might be stuck, if try to turn it over will bend pushrods. Make sure seller knows this if he try’s to start it. Solution is to remove valve cover and oil valve stems, push down on each valve stem gently(rubber hammer or 2x4) to verify, if stuck and cannot release, pull head.
