I had found Stockton wheel in my searches. At first, I only looked at some of the stock wheels they show on their site (stocktonwheel.com), and none of them would do. On further perusing of their site, I found that they claim they "can custom build to your specification almost any type of wheel" in "15, 16, 16.5, 17, 19.5, 20, 22.5, 24.5-inch sizes with any bolt circle, any offset, or any width, painted or chromed!" They also do wheel repair and rerimming. They could take stock wheel centers and weld them into new one-piece rims.
I'll have to look into that!!
