Swede, the fronts are only 5 studs used, the other 5 holes in wheels are covered by a trim ring. They are still same 10-lug wheels though. The fella above has it right with the 19.5" on HD3500 trucks and motorhomes and delivery vans of larger P-60 series. I had them on my 54 AD truck. There is a picture here on the Stovebolt site if you do search under 54 year. OR, if not, maybe I can find one here to send to you. I had 8R19.5 tires from a Motorhome on mine for 5yrs, maybe more. They just cleared the rear drums, by 1/4" at edges. Rode much nicer with radials. The outer diameter was little different from the 20". The Ford and IH or Dodge 5 lugs are the large Budd style nuts, require 1-1/2" socket to fit those lugs, so holes are much too large, different system entirely. Same as modern semi's use today. Later Ford's, think 56 and up use same wheel style, but 6-lug. They used those for years. Any motorhome place or a Chevy/GMC dealer can get those wheels new. I priced them out at $125 one place, $200 at another. I found mine used at an ag/big truck tire shop for $50 a piece. The center hole is same size as my 54 and up trucks, but slightly bigger than older trucks. New ones 5-1/4", old ones 4-3/4". They will still bolt up, just won't carry weight on the hub, but the studs instead. I was always gonna look into having a thin metal peice machined to fit the space, weld in the wheel here and there for my older rig.
