I have a 1951 Chevy Fire truck with a 235 engine. I've been reading on the internet about the AD pickups but not much on the 2-ton versions.

So do the parts on the small AD pickups fit on the 2-ton versions? I want to change out the brakes, and tires to make sure it stops when I need to. It runs great and has 20,000 originial miles on it. Anyone have experiance with this type 6400 series and any suggestions on how and where to start the effort to bring it back to like new?
