Dump beds and other add on equipment were ordered by the Dealerships. They received Equpment books each year showing what equipment was available for that year. After wanted equipment for the new chassis was selected, the Dealer would then send the new cab, and chassi truck to a outside outfitter for the equipment to be installed.
