That's a solid looking project. The 2 heater thing has me scratching my head, maybe the PO was cold blooded. If the you let the MMO set in the cylinders for a couple of days it should like Brian said loosen things up, it's going to smoke you out once it's running. If that still has things stuck you can use a 50/50 mix of diesel and ATF, fill the cylinders and just roll it over a couple of time over a few days, again it's going to smoke you out when it starts.
