Classic parts has the Sankyo A/C and alternator mounts in their calalog for a later model truck with a 235. On page 73 @ $100-$110. Think Patricks also sells a set but they are real bulky looking. The Classic parts alt bracket sandwiches between the thermostat housing while the A/C pump mounts about the same location as the generator/alternator bracket. Their picture doesn't specify if they will or won't work with Fentons.
If you're not going to need a pwr steering pump that might be your answer. The a/c pump runs off the Harmonic balancer 1 groove pulley and the alternator is driven of the 2 groove in the a/c pump. You might have to make some mods to make it fit your 40....can't speak to that but maybe somebody will toss in some info. Hope this helps.
