I have a set of pulleys for a late car 235 that had AC. It has a pulley that bolts onto the front of the harmonic balancer and a pulley that bolts onto the water pump in front of the original pulley. I have had them in the garage for a few years hording them. If you can find a set like that you can just make a simple bracket and mount any old pump you want.
The other way to do it is to get a generator that has a built in power steering pump, but those are expensive.
