Your point about the position of the rotor on the spindle is dead on. I decided to move the rotor out by increasing the length of the spacer. I will move it out till the castle nut grooves fit the cotter pin. There is another advantage to doing this, that is by so doing, the mounting plate can be mounted on the outside of the spindle bolt holes rather than the inside of the spindle bolt holes. The spindle holes are on the same plane on the outside, making the fabrication of the bracket much easier. I will make up a new spacer and bracket and take a picture for you all to see. I think if the rotor is moved outward, the tie rod ends will not be an issue. I have another concern and that is that I am almost certain that the 15 inch standard wheel will not fit over the caliper. 16 or larger wheels may be needed. I don't have a wheel handy right now but I will get one and let you know about that as well. Thanks everyone for advice, you can save me a lot of reworking!
