The wheels are aluminum and the adapters are all steel. Very heavy duty. Here are the pics of the adapters not installed.

And the wheels are 22.5" Alcoa Aluminum semi wheels. They have been machined where the tire bead sits to 22" to accommodate a 22" tire. My tire size is 285/45/22. Here's a picture of the wheels machined.
